Growth Manager | Fibr AI

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) in-office

Reports to: Founders About the Role

Fibr AI is looking for a Growth Manager to own and scale our inbound acquisition engine. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both execute paid campaigns directly and think strategically about how growth systems should be designed from the ground up.

The core mandate of this role is inbound traffic and inbound lead generation that is the primary metric this role is accountable for. What You'll Own

Paid Media & Campaign Execution

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Write and direct ad copy and creative strategy directly, rather than relying solely on a separate creative function

Own budget allocation, targeting, and media buying decisions end-to-end

Growth Strategy & Systems

Design and implement campaign strategy, not just individual campaigns

Build scalable, repeatable growth systems connecting acquisition to lead generation

Take a 0-to-1 approach where needed designing new systems rather than only optimizing existing ones

Full-Funnel Ownership

Own the complete growth funnel from strategy through execution through measurement

Integrate paid acquisition, campaign management, and lead generation into a single, cohesive growth motion

Team Leadership





Build and manage a team supporting the growth function

Take ownership of hiring, structuring, and developing the team over time What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong hands-on execution with strategic thinking not simply someone who has run ad campaigns, but someone who can design and own an entire growth system.

Strong candidates will have

Direct, hands-on ownership of paid advertising spend Google Ads and Meta Ads required, LinkedIn Ads strongly preferred A demonstrated track record of building a growth channel, system, or team from scratch

Specific, measurable results in inbound traffic or lead generation that you can speak to in detail

People management experience you have hired, structured, or led a team directly A background from a solid, competitive, or founder-led company that reflects genuine ownership and impact

This role may not be the right fit if:

Your growth background is primarily organic, SEO, or content-led without direct paid acquisition ownership

Your experience has been limited to producing creative assets or content in support of someone else's paid campaigns

You have not previously managed a team

Your core experience is in consumer or D2C growth without a clear path to B2B SaaS lead generation and enterprise or PLG sales motions
