Responsibilities

Own and drive user growth across the Indian market.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid User Acquisition campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Instagram Ads.

Develop and test high-performing ad creatives, including videos, banners, and copy tailored for different target audiences across India.

Analyze campaign performance, optimize for lower CPI, and improve CTR and retention metrics.

Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, targeting, and messaging to identify the best-performing campaigns.

Leverage regional trends, cultural insights, and audience behavior to create localized marketing strategies.

Monitor and optimize Play Store listings, app descriptions, screenshots, and keywords for better visibility and conversion.

Collaborate with designers and content teams to create engaging promotional materials.

Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.





Identify opportunities to scale campaigns across different regions, languages, and audience segments in India. Requirements:

2+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps, preferably with experience targeting audiences across the Indian market.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (UAC), and YouTube Ads.

Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.

Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing strategies.

Understanding of regional audience behavior, cultural nuances, and content preferences across different Indian languages and markets.

Ability to work independently and drive marketing efforts with a data-driven approach.

Strong understanding of mobile app user acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.
