Don't apply if you haven't read the complete . We are looking for a Growth Ads Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns. This is an execution-focused role where you'll work with campaign setups, QA, tracking, and day-to-day campaign management for US-based clients.

Responsibilities Set up and launch campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.

Upload and configure creatives, ad copy, audiences, budgets, and campaign settings.

Perform thorough QA before campaign launches to ensure tracking, UTMs, targeting, creatives, and budgets are accurate.

Monitor active campaigns and implement changes as instructed.

Identify and report ad disapprovals, tracking issues, delivery problems, and other platform-related errors.

Maintain proper campaign documentation and naming conventions.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure campaigns are launched on time.

Follow advertising platform best practices and ensure campaign accuracy.





Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is mandatory.

Understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.

Experience working with US clients is preferred.

Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Compensation ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month (Fixed)
