This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll own execution across the full growth engine, the reliable, always-on channels that generate qualified leads every month: website and SEO, content, webinars, outbound, LinkedIn, and newsletter. You'll run experiments, track what works, and double down on it.

You'll work directly with the growth lead and report into growth leadership. The playbook here is still being written, and you'll help write it. If you want a role where you execute someone else's plan, this isn't it.

If you want to build the machine, it is. What is expected from you-

Own and optimize core growth channels, ensuring continuous month-over-month improvement.

Analyze marketing performance using GA4, Semrush, HubSpot, and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights.

Design, execute, and evaluate growth experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and post-mortem analyses.

Create high-quality technical content or collaborate closely with engineering and technical writers to produce developer-focused content.

Build and manage outbound campaigns, lead lists, email sequences, and campaign tracking.

Own marketing attribution and reporting to accurately measure channel performance and lead generation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering,



and Sales to drive growth initiatives. What we’re looking for-

1–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or growth roles in startups or high-growth technology companies.

Proven track record of delivering measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, or revenue metrics.

Strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as model benchmarking, inference, autoscaling, and performance metrics like TTFT.

Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, and campaign execution.

Highly analytical, data-driven, and capable of independently deriving insights from marketing data.

Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of projects from ideation to execution Good to have-

Experience marketing developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, inference platforms, or cloud technologies.

Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or JavaScript for data analysis or marketing automation.

Experience with growth automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar platforms.

Proven experience creating technical content that drives organic traffic, product adoption, or qualified signups.
