Group Head – Biddable Media (Performance) Nahur , Mumbai (On-site) Experience: 5-8 Years Position : 1 Salary: 12 LPA Auburn Digital Solutions is looking for a strategic and results-driven Group Head – Biddable Media (Performance) to lead high-impact Google & Meta advertising campaigns. If you have expertise in scaling app-first performance marketing campaigns, managing large media budgets, and leading high-performing teams, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead Google

Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives. Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and business growth. Drive campaign planning, audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.

Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements using GA4, Data Studio/Tableau, and Excel. Mentor and manage a team of performance marketers, ensuring continuous learning and high performance. Collaborate with Growth, SEO, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams to improve campaign outcomes.





Stay updated with platform changes, automation tools, and emerging industry trends.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 8–12 years of performance marketing experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing App-first campaigns (Mandatory). Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience handling large-scale PPC budgets and delivering measurable business growth. Proven experience leading and mentoring performance marketing teams. Robust knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Looker Studio/Tableau, and advanced Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience with automation tools and programmatic advertising. Exposure to international or multilingual campaigns.

Background in e-commerce or high-growth digital businesses.
