Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Group Head – Influencer Marketing to lead strategic client partnerships, oversee high-impact influencer campaigns, and drive business growth. This leadership role requires a seasoned agency professional who can manage large brand portfolios, mentor teams, build client relationships, and deliver integrated influencer marketing solutions that create real impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term client relationships.
- Develop strategic influencer marketing campaigns aligned with clients marketing objectives and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, creator networks, and platform partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, participate in pitches, prepare strategic presentations, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, content, media, production, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Mentor, coach, and lead Account Directors, Account Managers,



and campaign teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure profitability, resource planning, quality control, and timely execution across multiple client accounts.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, creator economy developments, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Media Agencies.
- Proven experience managing large consumer brands and executing high-budget influencer campaigns.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent client servicing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, client retention, and account growth.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior client stakeholders.
