Role Description The Group Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Madurai Area, responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve operational, sales, or service goals in alignment with Paytm’s digital payments and financial services mission. This role includes planning daily activities, assigning tasks, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards.
