Sunita Finlease Limited is urgently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Grievance Assistant to manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized, and maintain a professional approach while interacting with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, record, and manage customer grievances through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Attend inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Draft and respond to emails in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely complaint resolution.
- Maintain grievance records and prepare reports as required.




- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of complaints.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and service standards.
- Support the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle skilled email correspondence.
- Confidence in attending and responding to customer calls.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email applications.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
