Graphic Designer - DieCutting Specialist Location Rai Haryana India - On-site full-time Salary Up to 40 000 per month About the Role We re seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who excels in diecutting workflows particularly in packaging labels and custom print products You ll play a key role in preparing productionready dielines and creating visually compelling printready artwork Key Responsibilities Design packaging labels envelopes promotional items or structural graphics with precise dielines for die cutting folding perforation and assembly Work closely with print-production teams to ensure alignment of designs with cutting machinery and print specifications Prepare and finalize printready files set bleeds trim marks correct color profiles CMYK and ensure high resolution for accurate die-cutting Collaborate effectively across departments sales production clients to meet design and technical requirements Conduct quality checks on final outputs samples proofs to ensure no layout alignment or dieline issues Manage multiple projects concurrently maintaining deadlines and brand consistency throughout Minimum Qualifications 5 or more years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with at least 3 years specifically in diecut or packaging design Proven ability to create and work with dielines cut fold perforation layouts and structural packaging illustrations High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign CorelDRAW familiarity is a plus Strong portfolio showcasing packing label or custom diecut work Excellent attention to detail technical accuracy and visual aesthetics Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field preferred but not mandatory Desirable Skills Bonus Experience with prepress preparation troubleshooting dieline compatibility with machinery Exposure to rotary and flatbed die cutting processes or working directly with print houses Familiarity with packaging design software such as ArtiosCAD Kongsberg cutting tables or similar systems Understanding of packaging-related regulations legal icons and label requirements Soft Skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Problem-solving mindset anticipating and addressing print manufacturing challenges early Effective time and project management under tight deadlines What We Offer On-site employment in Rai Haryana Competitive salary up to 40 000 per month commensurate with experience Prospect to specialize and grow in die-cut and structural graphic design An active role in end-to-end design-to-production workflows Team HR Geetika Arora (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 681 28 - 33 907 99 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Graphic design 5 years Required Die Cutting 3 years Required Work Location In person
