Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, promotional materials, social media creatives, and high-quality videos that effectively communicate our brand message and support our marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Edit and produce engaging videos for social media platforms, YouTube, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and visual content in line with the company's brand identity.
- Create reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, product videos, and corporate videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand creative requirements and deliver content on time.
- Add transitions, effects, animations, text, music, subtitles, and voiceovers to videos when required.
- Retouch and enhance images for digital and print use.
- Ensure all designs and videos maintain consistent branding and high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design, video editing, social media, and digital marketing trends.
- Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, colour theory, typography,



and visual composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in graphic design and video editing is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of graphic designs and video projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, construction, real estate, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Ability to create creative and engaging content according to marketing requirements.
