CINET IT Solutions is a Bhubaneswar-based digital marketing and IT solutions company running multiple in-house brands and client accounts — from D2C wellness to real estate marketing to agency client work. We're building out our creative capacity to keep pace with growth across these brands. We're looking for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can independently take a brief and turn it into a finished creative — social posts, ad creatives, and short-form video edits — across our own brands and client accounts.

This is a hands-on production role, not a strategy role: speed, consistency, and quality of execution matter most. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

Design social media creatives and ad creatives for CINET's own brands and client accounts

Edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage supplied by the team

Maintain and organize a shared brand asset library (logos, templates, fonts, brand colors)



across all active brands

Work directly from content calendars and creative briefs

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media

Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or freelance experience both fine)

Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve for video)

A portfolio showing both static design work and short-form video edits

Comfortable working across multiple brands/clients in the same week without dropping quality

Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar for in-office work

Bonus: comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, ChatGPT/Claude for briefs and ideation) to speed up design and editing workflows

Robust communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
