Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of graphic designers to create visually appealing designs for various IT services and consulting projects.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet client needs.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs while meeting tight deadlines.

- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design elements, including logos, icons, infographics, and more.

Job Requirements :

- 11-17 years of experience in graphic designing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.

- Robust understanding of AI solutions such as generative art tools like Canva or Figma.

- Excellent team management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Proven track record in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
