Job Title: Graphic Designer – Sublimation Printing

Job Type: Full-time

Location: On-site

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

## About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in sublimation printing and print-ready artwork preparation. The ideal candidate should be able to create original designs, prepare production-ready files, and work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality printing for sportswear and apparel.

## Key Responsibilities

- Design custom sublimation graphics for sportswear, uniforms, and apparel.
- Create print-ready files for sublimation printing.
- Prepare all-over print (AOP) designs and garment panel layouts.
- Work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and edit artwork.
- Ensure accurate sizing, color matching, bleed, and print alignment.
- Modify customer artwork according to production requirements.
- Check artwork before printing to minimize errors and material wastage.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain organized design files and production records.
- Meet daily production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

## Required Skills





- Proficiency in Coral drawAdobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with mock up design,sublimation printing and textile print production.
- Strong understanding of print-ready file preparation.
- Knowledge of vector graphics, color management (CMYK/RGB), and image resolution.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

## Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in sublimation or textile printing.
- Experience designing sportswear, jerseys, T-shirts, or fashion apparel.
- Knowledge of garment pattern placement and panel printing.
- Familiarity with large-format sublimation printers is an advantage.
