NThe Role:

NWe are looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn a blank canvas into a banner, ad, or post that stops the scroll.

NThis is a role built on aesthetic sense first a strong eye for design, colour, and composition, paired with an instinct for what actually performs as a static ad. You'll work closely with the creative team to bring campaigns to life across the website and Instagram, so a genuine understanding of what looks good and what converts matters equally. Prior experience with a fashion or streetwear brand will be a strong plus and will be preferred.

NKey Responsibilities:

N1. Design website banners: Create attractive, on-brand banners for the website that are built to grab attention and drive action.

N2. Design static image ads: Create static ad creatives and image assets for performance campaigns, with a sense for what formats and layouts actually convert.

N3. Apply design and colour theory: Use strong design fundamentals layout, typography, and colour theory to keep every asset polished and on-brand.

N4.



Create for Instagram: Design posts, creatives, and campaign assets tailored specifically for Instagram's format and audience.

N5. Use AI tools to designfaster: Create AI-generated ad creatives and visuals using tools like Higgsfield and other AI design/image tools, and stay familiar with current AI tools as they emerge.

N6. Collaborate with the creative team: Work closely with the wider creative and content team to keep design output aligned with campaign goals and brand identity.

NWhat We're Looking For:

- Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop is a must.

- Comfortable using AI tools like Higgsfield to generate and speed up ad creatives.

- A sharp, natural aesthetic sense someone who instinctively knows what looks good.

- A good understanding ofwhich static ad styles and formats tend to perform well.

- Prior experience with afashion or streetwear brand will be preferred.
