Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Dodge ‘n Burns is a full time, on-site position based in Thodupuzha.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media assets, and website graphics.

Responsibilities include designing logos, developing brand identities, selecting and applying typography, and ensuring consistent visual standards across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with creative and marketing teams, iterating on design concepts based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files.

Designer will also contribute ideas to improve user experience and support ongoing brand and design experiments. Qualifications

Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual outputs.

Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.

Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.

Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).

Portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work, including branding and logo projects.

Ability to work on-site in Thodupuzha, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and openness to feedback and iterative design processes.

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
