Job DescriptionHiring: Graphic Designer (AI + Photoshop)

NWe're looking for a designer who can combine strong Photoshop skills with AI tools to create fast, high-quality platform creatives.

NThis role will own a large part of our day-to-day visual design output.

NWhat you'll do:

N- Design thumbnails, banners, widget icons, and marketing creatives

N- Use AI tools for ideation and creative variations

N- Refine outputs manuallyin Photoshop

N- Create multiple versions quickly for testing

N- Maintain strong visual consistency across assets

NWhat we're looking for:

N- 1–3 years of graphic design experience

N- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills

N- Positive understanding of digital-first/platform-led design

N- Experience with posters, banners, ads, thumbnails,



or performance creatives

N- Ability to turn rough ideas into polished visuals

N- Fast execution and ownership mindset

NImportant:

NThis is not a pure promptengineering role.

NStrong design fundamentals are mandatory.

NPreferred:

N- Experience with apps, digital products, or performance marketing creatives

N- Familiarity with AI image generation/enhancement tools

N- Ability to work with agencies and give clear creative direction
