Graphic Designer – Branding & Social Media

About the Role

NexAdvent Digital Solutions is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong eye for branding, social media, and visual communication.

We're looking for someone who can think beyond templates, understand a brand's visual language, and turn ideas and briefs into thoughtful, high-quality creative work across digital and print.

What You'll Work On

- Social media creatives, campaigns, carousels, ads, and other digital content
- Logo design and complete brand identity development
- Packaging design across different products, formats, and categories
- Marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional creatives
- Creative concepts and visual directions for multiple brands
- AI-assisted image and video generation for creative campaigns
- Motion graphics, animated creatives, and short-form content where required
- Maintaining visual consistency across all brand touchpoints

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator




- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on experience in branding, logo design, social media, and packaging design
- Good working knowledge of advanced AI tools for image and video generation
- Ability to understand creative briefs and develop original concepts rather than relying only on templates
- Ability to handle multiple brands and projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- A strong sense of current design trends while still being able to create work that feels distinctive to each brand

Good to Have

Motion graphics experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, animation, video editing, or creating motion-based social content will be a strong advantage.

Portfolio Requirement A strong portfolio is mandatory and should ideally showcase your work across branding, logo design, social media creatives, and packaging. If you have motion graphics or AI-generated creative work, we'd love to see that too.
