Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for learning programs, hackathons, internships, and digital platforms, including social media creatives, presentations, and marketing materials. Daily tasks include developing brand-aligned graphics, logos, and layouts; preparing assets for web and print; and collaborating with product, marketing, and content teams to translate ideas into clear visual concepts. The role involves iterating on design based on feedback, maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints,



and preparing design files and guidelines for implementation by developers and other stakeholders.

The Graphic

Designer will also support the design of UI elements for digital products as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, readable, and engaging designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Interest in education, technology, and AI-driven products, with willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
