Role Description The Junior Art Director / Graphic Design - Studio Lead role at ONEDIGITAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The person in this role will support the development of visual concepts and campaigns for architects, interior designers, and luxury brands across digital, social media, and print platforms. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with senior creative leadership, developing layouts and visual identities, refining design directions, and ensuring brand consistency in all assets.

The Junior Art

Director will work closely with graphic designers, content teams,



and account managers to translate client briefs into impactful visual narratives and assist in preparing pitch decks, look books, and portfolio materials. The role also involves staying updated on design trends, architecture and luxury market aesthetics, and contributing fresh ideas to creative brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with the ability to support the development and execution of cohesive visual concepts.

Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Graphic Design, including creating brand identities, visual guidelines, and marketing collateral.

Candidates should possess skills in Graphics, including solid visual composition, typography, and image editing for digital and print media.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or similar) is beneficial.

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and campaign work, ideally for design, architecture, or luxury segments.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn from senior team members are essential. Monday - Friday | Alternate Saturday 9 30 am - 6 30 pm
