About The Role

From Day 1, you'll work on live marketing campaigns across three brands—not dummy assignments. You'll collaborate with experienced designers on branding, performance marketing, websites, presentations, social media, and event creatives while building a portfolio of real-world work. Along the way, you'll receive mentorship and gain hands-on experience with contemporary AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, and ChatGPT.

What You'll Do

- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email campaigns (MoEngage).

- Create static posts, carousels, stories, and adapt campaign visuals across multiple formats.

- Design branded templates, presentations, and marketing collateral for all three brands.

- Support creative production for Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

- Assist with event branding, print collateral, and campaign execution.





- Explore and implement AI-assisted design workflows to enhance creativity and improve efficiency.
