Position Summary The Graphic Designer Intern will assist the creative team in designing engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. This internship is an excellent chance for aspiring designers to gain hands-on industry experience, improve their design skills, and work on real-time projects.

Stipend

- Freshers with little or no practical knowledge of graphic design:Unpaid Internship (Training and practical learning opportunity).
- Candidates with good working knowledge of graphic design software and the ability to work independently:Stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month, based on skills, portfolio, and interview performance.

Note: The final stipend decision will be made by the Company after evaluating the candidate's skills, portfolio, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, banners, posters, and promotional creatives.
- Design marketing materials for digital and print media.
- Edit and enhance images as required.
- Assist in creating branding and campaign materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, media, and content teams.
- Follow company brand guidelines and design standards.
- Deliver creative work within assigned timelines.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the reporting manager.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets.

Required Skills




- Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- A portfolio of academic, freelance, or personal design work will be an added advantage.
