Two key education initiatives include Lodha Foundation Schools and Lodha Genius—a national academic excellence programme for nurturing exceptional talent.
We are looking for a Graphic Design & Visual Communication Intern to support creative execution across both initiatives.
ROLE OVERVIEW The intern will work closely with the Brand & Communications team to create high-quality visual assets for digital and print. This role is ideal for someone with robust design fundamentals and an interest in education and social impact storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design creatives for social media (static posts, carousels, stories, posters)
- Support design needs for presentations, brochures, posters, event collaterals, and campaign assets
- Create and maintain templates for consistent brand communication
- Adapt designs across multiple formats (Instagram,
YouTube, print, internal communication)
- Assist in basic video edits for Reels/Shorts (optional but preferred)
- Support real-time design requirements during events and workshops
- Organise design files and ensure consistency with brand guidelines
SKILLS & TOOLS
- Strong visual design sense (typography, layout, colour, composition)
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Basic familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro / InShot) is a plus
- Understanding of social media formats and digital-first design
- Experience/exposure to the social sector or education industry is preferred
