Role Description As a Graphic Design Associate at meetday.ai, you will create visual assets that support product, marketing, and brand initiatives across digital and print channels. On a typical day, you will design graphics for social media, presentations, and product interfaces, develop logos and branding elements, and refine visual concepts based on stakeholder feedback. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product,



and community teams to ensure consistent visual storytelling across campaigns and the Meetday ecosystem.

Responsibilities include image editing, preparing files for various formats, maintaining brand guidelines, and contributing creative ideas for IRL and online experiences. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram. Qualifications

Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print assets.

Experience with Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.

Proficiency in Image Editing and optimization for web, social media, and presentation materials.

Ability to work with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar software.

Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Prior experience creating assets for startups, consumer apps, or community-focused products is beneficial.

Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback efficiently.

Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
