- Support the Advertising team by creating, updating, and adapting Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), packaging artworks, and marketing communication materials with accuracy and consistency.

- Ensure timely delivery of artwork, proper version control, and adherence to brand standards across all design outputs.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate artwork execution and print readiness.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Artwork Development & Adaptation

- Develop artwork for marketing collaterals, Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), packaging, and other communication materials based on approved creative briefs.

- Adapt existing artworks into different sizes, formats, and languages while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

- Make revisions and updates to artwork as instructed by the Senior Advertising Manager and internal stakeholders.





Brand Guideline Compliance
- Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to approved brand identity, visual standards, and packaging guidelines.

- Maintain consistency in typography, colour schemes, layouts, and visual elements across all communication materials.

- Verify artwork accuracy before release for print or digital use.

- Print & Production Support
- Prepare print-ready artwork files as per vendor specifications.

- Coordinate with printers and production vendors to resolve artwork-related queries.

- Review proofs and support necessary corrections before final production.

- POSM & Marketing Support
- Design and update POSM materials including danglers, shelf strips, wobblers, posters, standees, brochures, leaflets, banners, and other retail communication materials.

- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade marketing initiatives by executing required design deliverables.

Documentation & File Management

- Maintain organized records of design files, source files, and final artworks.

- Ensure proper version control and archival of all approved artworks.

- Update artwork repositories and maintain accessibility for future reference.

- Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, and Procurement teams to understand artwork requirements.

- Work closely with the Senior Advertising Manager to ensure timely execution of assigned design tasks.

- Support other departments with routine design requirements as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related discipline.

2–6 years of experience in graphic design, artwork execution, or print production.
