Role Description The Grants Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying, developing, and managing grant opportunities that align with R C W M A S Global’s strategic initiatives and platforms. Day-to-day tasks include researching funding sources, assessing eligibility and requirements, and maintaining a pipeline of grants from government agencies, foundations, and other funding entities.

The Grants

Specialist will draft, edit, and submit grant proposals, budgets, and supporting documentation, while coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams such as finance, product, and operations. This role will track grant timelines and deliverables,



monitor compliance with funding terms, and regularly report on grant status, outcomes, and financial performance.

Specialist will also help refine internal grant processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to broader funding strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret funding requirements, assess fit, and evaluate financial and programmatic impact.

Candidates should possess advanced Proposal Writing and Research skills to develop compelling, well-supported grant applications tailored to specific funding bodies.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly to external funders.

Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to prepare accurate, compliant grant budgets and align financial plans with project goals and organizational standards.

Relevant qualifications include experience in grants management or nonprofit / enterprise funding, familiarity with grant portals and reporting tools, and strong attention to detail.

Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, finance, communications, or a related field, experience working with technology or ESG-focused organizations, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
