Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Trainee Engineer to support the planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction projects. The candidate will assist in site execution, quality checks, material coordination, measurements, and project documentation while ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day site execution and project supervision.

Monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.

Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.

Verify measurements and prepare quantity calculations (BOQ).

Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at site.

Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage.

Report project progress, delays,



and issues to the Project Manager.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.

Support project handover by maintaining all required records and reports.

Required Skills

Knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving ability and willingness to work in office.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 0–2 years in civil construction or project execution.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
