Role Overview The Graduate Technical Engineer programme is designed to develop future technology leaders.

You will begin with structured training covering:

Oracle Cloud Applications

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Modern Development Practices using AI-assisted tools

Following training, you will join project teams working alongside experienced consultants, architects, AI specialists, product managers, and engineering leaders based in India and the United Kingdom.

You will contribute to the design and development of enterprise-grade applications, AI-enabled solutions, cloud integrations,



and data platforms used by large organisations.

This is not a support-only role. Successful candidates will actively participate in building solutions that solve real business problems for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications integrated with Oracle Cloud and modern cloud platforms

Build AI-powered solutions using current machine learning and generative AI technologies

Write high-quality code using Python, Java, C#, or related technologies

Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and quality

Participate in API design, integrations, automation, and cloud-native development

Work with consultants and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions

Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and documentation activities

Analyse business challenges and recommend technology-based approaches

Contribute to product development initiatives and innovation projects

Collaborate with teams in both India and the UK

Who Should Apply

We are looking for graduates who combine strong academics with excellent communication and analytical thinking.

Academic Requirements

B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines

Graduating in 2025 or 2026

Strong and consistent academic performance throughout education

Candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions are encouraged to apply

Demonstrated record of achievement in academics, projects, competitions, research, or technical activities

Preferred Technical Background

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar technologies

Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts

Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data modelling

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

Understanding of software engineering principles and development lifecycle

Exposure to APIs, web applications, or cloud-native development
