Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager,



and other analytics tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize performance.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Valuable understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
