Working hours - 11am - 8pm

Work setup- In office Weekoff - Sunday Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.

Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates.

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager,



and other analytics tools.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Coordinate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize performance. Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Positive understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably in the EdTech industry.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
