Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Google & Meta Ads Executive with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. In this role, you will manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and bid adjustments. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to improve ROI and achieve client objectives.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies and staying current on platform updates and best practices. You will also contribute ideas for A/B testing, creative optimization, and scaling successful campaigns. Qualifications





Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing.

Practical experience running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, with knowledge of audience targeting and pixel implementation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, use analytics tools, and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Basic understanding of broader digital marketing concepts such as SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.

Ability to create clear, concise ad copy and collaborate on ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and performance goals.

Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and communicating proactively with team members and stakeholders.

6 months to 1 year of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising roles, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and basic Excel/Sheets for reporting.
