We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns, a strong understanding of performance marketing, and a proven track record of delivering profitable growth through data-driven strategies.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Proven experience managing and scaling high-budget advertising campaigns.

Strong knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram Ads.

Advanced understanding of campaign structure, keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROI.

Experience managing and optimizing significant monthly or annual advertising budgets.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.

Strong experience with A/B testing across audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages,



and campaign strategies.

Ability to analyze performance data and develop effective strategies for campaign growth and scaling.

Experience managing multiple advertising accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts with Invoice Billing / Monthly Invoicing is required.

Experience managing Google Ads invoice billing, monthly invoices, billing thresholds, and account payment processes.

Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing $1M+ annual advertising spend.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.

Proven track record of scaling high-spend campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or performance marketing.

Experience managing international campaigns across multiple markets.

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
