Job Overview

Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Specialists with hands-on experience in Google Ads to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and experience handling voice, chat, and email support, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support through Voice, Chat, and Email channels.
- Resolve customer queries related to Google Ads, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, policy compliance, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze customer issues and deliver effective first-contact resolution.
- Review historical case data to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate case documentation, follow-ups, and process compliance.




- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional support.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service/BPO.
- Mandatory experience working with Google Ads.
- Experience in a Blended Process (Voice, Chat & Email).
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 Level or above).
- Assessment Score: Minimum 65.

Preferred Skills
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask across multiple applications and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center will be an added advantage.
- Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
