We are looking for an enthusiastic GoHighLevel Lead Nurturing Representative to drive our sales pipeline, run engaging email campaigns, and breathe recent life into cold leads using our proven SOPs. In this role, you will work closely alongside two senior team members to streamline client communications, manage high-volume workflows, and build lasting relationships. Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and segment leads within GoHighLevel pipelines to ensure accurate client categorization and timely communication
- Conduct nurturing outbound follow-up calls to re-engage prospective clients and maintain high-touch communication
- Draft and send email campaigns and client updates using GoHighLevel, ensuring brand consistency with pre-set design templates
- Monitor and follow up on client responses to time-sensitive requests such as passport submissions and flight information
- Re-engage cold leads generated from influencer campaigns through structured follow-up sequences
- Support two senior team members by handling administrative legwork across their respective client audiences




- Maintain and track GHL dashboards , pipeline milestones (e.g., 90-day mark ), and trigger appropriate outreach

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and email marketing platforms
- Strong written communication skills with a professional and approachable tone
- Excellent verbal communication skills with an empathetic, client-centric approach to lead follow-up calls
- High level of attention to detail when managing multiple client pipelines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of follow-up workflows
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of leads without letting tasks fall through the cracks
