Responsibilities

- Assess patients nutritional needs based on medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.

- Develop and implement personalized diet plans addressing various health conditions.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional strategies into patient care.

- Provide education and counseling to patients to promote healthy eating habits.

- Monitor patients progress and adjust diet plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

- Stay informed on current nutrition research and best practices to inform treatment approaches.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.





- Valid certification or licensure as a Registered Dietician (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

- Strong understanding of clinical nutrition and medical diet therapy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel and motivate patients.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

- Detail-oriented with the capability to maintain accurate patient documentation.

- Commitment to continuous career development and staying current with nutrition science.
