About the Role

Flipspaces is looking for a seasoned General Manager – Projects (EPC) to lead its EPC business with complete ownership of P&L;, project execution, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader capable of delivering large-scale turnkey projects while driving profitability, operational efficiency, and business growth across India. Key Responsibilities

Own the P&L; for the EPC business, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and profitability.

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple EPC projects—from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Drive commercial excellence through cost optimisation, value engineering, contract management, and risk mitigation.

Build and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Develop project governance frameworks, SOPs, KPIs, and performance dashboards to drive operational excellence.

Lead, mentor, and build high-performing multidisciplinary project teams.

Partner with the Business Development team to support bid strategy, project acquisition, and business expansion.

Preferred

Experience

10-18 years of leadership experience in EPC, Design & Build,



or Infrastructure projects.

Mandatory experience with P&L; ownership and managing large project portfolios.

Solid background in one or more of the following sectors:

Industrial & Manufacturing

Warehousing & Logistics

Healthcare

Hospitality

Commercial / Corporate Real Estate

Data Centres / Institutional Projects

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across geographies. Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) from Top Tier colleges.
