Job Title: Dealer – Global Equity Markets

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Role Overview:

The Dealer will be responsible for executing trades in global equity markets across multiple exchanges and time zones. The role requires a deep understanding of international markets, trading platforms, order management systems, and compliance with regulatory frameworks applicable to GIFT City entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute buy/sell orders in global equity markets as per portfolio manager’s instructions and investment strategy.

- Monitor global market movements, liquidity, and trading volumes to ensure efficient execution.

- Manage order flow across multiple exchanges (US, Europe, Asia, etc.) and coordinate with brokers and custodians.

- Ensure trades are executed within approved limits and in compliance with internal risk and compliance policies.

- Maintain real-time trade records and prepare daily trade and position reports.

- Support portfolio managers with market insights, order analytics, and trade cost analysis.

- Stay updated with macroeconomic developments, corporate actions, and market news impacting global equities.

- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and risk teams for trade settlements and reporting.





- Participate in system testing, trade automation, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

- NISM Series VII (Securities Operations and Risk Management) or equivalent certification preferred.

- 2–5 years of dealing experience, preferably in global equity markets or GIFT City environment.

- Strong knowledge of equity instruments, market microstructure, and order types.

- Hands-on experience with OMS/EMS platforms like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or Interactive Brokers.

- Excellent numerical, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and coordination abilities to work with global counterparts.

- Willingness to work in flexible shifts to cover global market hours.
