Job title: Senior Admissions Counsellor (Inside Sales) — Study Abroad & Test Prep Location: Koramangala · Work from office Employment type: Full-time · Mid-Senior level Function: Sales / Education About the role We're hiring a Senior Admissions Counsellor to own high-intent inbound enquiries from students and parents planning undergraduate and graduate admissions abroad, alongside our test prep programmes (SAT, ACT, IELTS, GRE, GMAT). This is a consultative, high-ticket sales role — not a call-centre desk. You'll speak with families making a significant investment decision, build genuine trust, and convert with integrity.

What you'll do - Own inbound leads end-to-end: first call, needs discovery, profile evaluation, programme recommendation, closure

- Counsel students and parents on university options across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and Singapore, and map the right test prep pathway




- Run structured follow-ups and manage a live pipeline in the CRM with clean, accurate data
- Consistently deliver monthly enrolment and revenue targets
- Coordinate with academic and counselling delivery teams for smooth onboarding post-enrolment
- Mentor junior counsellors on pitch quality, objection handling and call structure What we're looking for - 3–6 years in admissions counselling, study abroad consulting, or EdTech inside sales, with a demonstrable closing record
- Comfortable holding a 45+ minute consultative conversation with an educated parent
- Solid command of spoken and written English;

Hindi fluency preferred

- Hands-on with a CRM (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
- Exposure to overseas education or standardised test prep is a strong plus
- Based in Noida / NCR
