Job Details:
- Position: German Language Customer Service Associate
- Location: ATC, Viman Nagar, Pune
- Eligibility: Undergraduate & Graduate candidates
- German Certification: Minimum B1 Certification (Mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Process: Customer Support (Chat & Email)
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-offs
- Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Virtual / Walk-in)
- Relocation Benefit: 14,000 (payable after successful completion of 90 days)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum B1 German Language Certification
- Excellent written communication skills in German
- Valuable English communication skills
- Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work from the Pune office
