NRole - General Manager

nResponsilbilties :-

N1. Reporting to the E Business Head

N2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Product, Call Center, Customer

NServices, Digital Marketing and I.T., HR) & assist in all aspects of the Ecommerce business

Nincluding business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, online

Nmarketing, product merchandising, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web

Ntechnologies

n3. Responsible for CAPEX with an end to end responsibility of P&L;

N4. Responsible for the development and management of the user experience of the online direct

Nsales business including site navigation, content, development, checkout funnel, and promotional

Ncampaigns.

n5. Will be leading a team of incumbents to curate, innovate and experiment new ideas and bring

Nabout current ecommerce business transformations that rise above an unprecedented customer





Nexperience.

n6. Responsible for P&L;, top line and bottom-line for the Category

N7. Operational Excellence- Drives functions to achieve quality and on-time delivery metrics.

NEnsure commitments for functionality and innovation are delivered timely within the budget

N8. Collaborate with global and local functional teams and business units to ensure smooth end-toend

Nexecution of global and local initiatives

N9. Stay abreast of latesttrends and insights in ecommerce, CRM, and digital shopper marketing.

NWorks with stakeholders to improve, develop and advocate new CRM, digital marketing, and

NEcommerce opportunities

N10. Responsible to setup and drive the online sales through call center

N11. Responsible to achieve the sales and P&L; targets for the business

N12. Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop Ecommerce solutions
