- Manage Corporate Tax, Advance Tax, Tax Returns, Deferred Tax, and Tax Planning initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with TDS/TCS regulations and withholding tax requirements.

- Identify tax-saving opportunities and optimize group tax positions.

nIndirect Taxation (GST)

N

n
- Oversee GST compliance, filings, audits, assessments, and reconciliations.
N
- Manage GST refunds, Input Tax Credit (ITC), and tax optimization initiatives.
N

nTax Litigation & Risk Management

N

- Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, appeals,



and dispute resolution.
N
- Liaise with tax authorities, consultants, auditors, and legal counsels.
N
- Develop robust tax governance and risk management frameworks.
N

nStrategic Advisory

- Advise senior leadership on tax implications of business decisions, acquisitions, licensing agreements, and expansion projects.

- Drive automation and digitization of taxation processes through ERP and compliance systems.
