We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the business with the rigor of a technology executive, the operational excellence of a global consulting leader, and the strategic vision required to build one of the world's leading sports technology platforms. The Opportunity The General Manager will serve as the executive leader responsible for the overall growth, strategy, execution, and operational performance of Archery.Services.

This is not a conventional management role. It is a leadership position requiring complete ownership of the business. The successful candidate will be expected to think and operate like the Chief Executive Officer of the platform while partnering closely with the Founder & CEO on long-term strategy and organizational development.

The General Manager will be responsible for transforming strategic vision into measurable execution while building a scalable, high-performance organization capable of serving national and international sporting ecosystems. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Leadership

Lead the overall strategic and operational execution of Archery.Services.

Develop and execute long-term business growth strategies.

Build scalable operational systems and organizational processes.

Drive product adoption, market expansion, and ecosystem development.

Establish measurable business objectives and organizational priorities.

Product & Strategy

Define product vision in collaboration with product, engineering, and design leadership.





Prioritize strategic initiatives based on customer needs and market opportunities.

Oversee product execution from concept to deployment.

Ensure alignment between product strategy and business objectives.

Commercial Growth

Identify new revenue opportunities and sustainable business models.

Develop strategic partnerships with sporting organizations, institutions, and enterprises.

Lead market expansion initiatives across domestic and international markets.

Build scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Operations

Build operational excellence across every business function.

Develop organizational policies, governance frameworks, and execution standards.

Monitor organizational performance through measurable KPIs and executive dashboards.

Drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.

Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, ownership, and excellence.

Recruit and develop future organizational leaders.

Promote collaboration across engineering, product, operations, marketing, research, and business teams.

Stakeholder Management

Represent Archery.Services in discussions with governing bodies, institutions, partners, investors, and strategic stakeholders.

Build trusted relationships with national and international sports organizations.
