Role Description The General Manager Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role oversees end-to-end operations for facility management and staffing services, ensuring service delivery excellence, compliance with client SLAs, and continuous improvement across multiple sites and sectors.

The General Manager

Operations will develop and implement operational strategies, manage budgets and resource allocation,



and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost optimization. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, guiding local leadership and frontline teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves supporting business growth initiatives, contributing to technology-driven process enhancements, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications Strong General Management and Operations Management skills to oversee multi-location facility and staffing operations.

Proficiency in Team Management and Customer Service to lead diverse teams and maintain high client satisfaction.

Capability in Budgeting and cost control to optimize resources and support sustainable growth.

Experience in facilities management, industrial services, or related service industries is highly preferred.

Ability to analyze operational data, implement process improvements, and work effectively with technology-driven solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Proven track record in senior operations leadership roles, ideally within large, multi-site organizations.
