The ideal candidate should have a strong background in NGO/Foundation operations, financial planning, legal compliance, stakeholder management, and impact measurement frameworks such as SROI, ESG, and SDGs.

Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social development programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Drive budgeting, financial planning, resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability across programs.

Oversee MIS reporting, dashboards, and presentations for internal leadership, donors, and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, audit, social, and financial regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, CSR partners, and community stakeholders.

Establish and monitor impact measurement frameworks using SROI (Social Return on Investment), ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), and SDGs.

Leverage technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and program effectiveness.

Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance, mission-driven culture.

Excellent MIS reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile A dynamic and mission-oriented professional with solid expertise in operations, finance, legal compliance, and social development.

Proven experience leading NGO, Trust, or Foundation operations and managing cross-functional teams.
