About the Role BSG Hospitality is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operations of a luxury hospitality destination scheduled to open in October 2026.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including leadership roles.
- Strong Food & Beverage and commercial/sales background.
- Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Pre-opening hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and operational management skills.
