Hiring: GenAI Engineer / Agentic AI Developer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: 58 Years

We are looking for a passionate GenAI Engineer / Agentic AI Developer to build and deploy next-generation AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI applications using LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models (Llama, Mistral, etc.)
- Build Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or MCP
- Design and implement RAG-based solutions with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search
- Develop scalable backend APIs using Python/FastAPI and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications
- Optimize LLM performance through prompt engineering, evaluation, and retrieval optimization
- Deploy and maintain AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI applications

Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python




- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or MCP
- Solid knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
- Experience building REST APIs and backend services
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Positive understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, and optimization

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Llama, Mistral, Qwen, or other open-source LLMs
- Multi-agent orchestration and autonomous AI systems
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps
- Conversational AI, AI Copilots, or enterprise AI applications
