Your Role

You will be responsible for defining architecture strategies and leading the modernization of enterprise platforms using cloud-native technologies, microservices, and modern engineering practices. As a technology leader, you will drive platform transformation initiatives, establish architecture standards, and ensure delivery of resilient and future-ready digital solutions.

In this role, you will:

- Define and drive architecture strategy for cloud-native platforms and digital financial applications.
- Lead modernization of legacy applications into microservices-based and containerized architectures.
- Architect end-to-end solutions across Java backend services, React front-end applications, APIs, integration layers, and cloud platforms.
- Design secure, resilient, scalable, and highly available systems aligned with financial industry standards and best practices.
- Establish Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and automation frameworks to accelerate delivery and operational excellence
- Design and implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka and modern messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with business, product, security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable financial technology solutions.
- Drive cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Establish architecture governance, technology standards, and engineering best practices across programs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to development and platform teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve scalability, security, and business outcomes.

- Your Profile

Mandatory Skills

- 14–17 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, and cloud-native application development.
- Robust expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.




- Hands-on experience with Node.js application development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing Microservices, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architectures.
- Experience with Kafka or similar messaging and streaming platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and container orchestration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Platform Engineering.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and application resiliency.
- Experience designing secure enterprise platforms with a focus on reliability, governance, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Lending, FinTech, Wealth Management, or Insurance domains.
- Knowledge of digital banking platforms, financial transactions, payment processing, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant cloud-native platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise modernization and cloud transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, AI-powered automation, or intelligent business solutions would be an added advantage.
- Cloud, Kubernetes, or Architecture certifications preferred
