? Employment Type: Full-Time Iceberg Technologies is looking for an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to lead our team, manage day-to-day business operations, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage employees across all departments.

Monitor team performance and ensure project deadlines are met.

Coordinate with development, HR, marketing, and sales teams.

Conduct daily and weekly review meetings.

Develop business strategies to acquire recent clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Handle project planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements.

Support recruitment, employee performance management, and team development.

Work closely with the CEO/Management to achieve business goals.

Ensure smooth execution of projects from planning to delivery.

Required Skills

2 to 5 years of experience in IT operations or business management.





Previous experience leading software development teams.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Experience in IT services, software solutions, SaaS, or digital products.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Experience in project management and client relationship management.

Knowledge of Jira, Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
