We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer Generative AI to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will architect scalable AI solutions, mentor engineering teams, and drive the adoption of modern AI technologies including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, cloud-native applications that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architect enterprise-grade AI platforms leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
- Build intelligent conversational AI systems, copilots, AI assistants, and knowledge management solutions.
- Develop high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize LLM performance for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and AI workflow orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Design scalable cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Build secure and reliable containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop reusable AI components and frameworks to accelerate engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Architects, and DevOps teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure application reliability through monitoring, logging, automated testing, and performance optimization.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, architecture reviews, and code reviews.




- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for enterprise adoption.
- Drive software quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across the engineering lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 years of software engineering experience with robust expertise in backend application development.
- Hands-on experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Hands-on experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and AI pipelines.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native application architecture.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, system scalability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience deploying production-grade Generative AI applications.
- Knowledge of AI model evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
- Experience integrating enterprise knowledge bases with LLM-powered applications.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and distributed messaging systems.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud automation tools.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or technical communities are a plus.
