Role Description The Gen AI Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance immigration consulting services, operational workflows, and client experience. This full time, on-site role in Abroad includes collaborating with consulting teams to understand business requirements, defining solution architectures, and overseeing the integration of Gen AI tools into existing systems. Daily tasks involve creating technical designs, guiding software development teams, validating solution feasibility, and ensuring that AI solutions comply with relevant data privacy and regulatory standards.

The role also includes ongoing optimization of deployed solutions, documentation of architectures and processes, and providing technical consulting support to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and reliable Gen AI-based systems and reference architectures.

Consulting experience, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.





Hands-on Software Development skills, preferably in languages and frameworks commonly used for AI and backend systems (e.g., Python, APIs, cloud platforms).

Integration experience, including working with APIs, microservices, and connecting Gen AI solutions to CRM, case management, or other enterprise systems.

Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization to align AI solutions with operational workflows and service delivery models.

Experience with Gen AI platforms and tools (e.g., large language models, prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks) is highly desirable.

Familiarity with data security, compliance, and ethical AI principles, especially in client-facing service environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
