As a GenAI Specialist, you will support our internal 'Requirements Management with AI' project. You will use your expertise in requirements management, AI implementation, and cloud computing to ensure the successful procurement and integration of necessary resources. You will be part of a diverse and qualified team, leveraging and sharing knowledge to support our engineers with cutting-edge technologies.

Major Responsibilities:

Manage requirements and test cases according to Automotive SPICE standards and implement AI/GenAI and LLM solutions using Python.

Knowledge and Education:

Bachelor/Masters of engineer Computer science, Information science, Artificial intelligence or any equivalent.

Work Experience:

AI/GenAI, LLM solutions with Python working experience - 3 to 5 years

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency with libraries such as LangChain and OpenAI is essential.
- Experiences in prompt engineering techniques (Few-Shot, Chain of Thought prompting, RAG), embeddings, and similarity search.
- Experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama) and training smaller models.
- Familiarity with Databricks, cloud computing, and the Azure environment.
- Proficiency in Azure Power Apps and Web Apps, is required.
